氣象專家吳德榮今天說，最新歐洲模式（ECMWF）模擬顯示，北台溼涼微冷的天氣，將持續至周三（14日）；周四（15日）氣溫略回升，仍多雨。周五（16日）晚強冷空氣南下，周六（17日）直接挑戰入冬首波「寒流」（台北測站≦10℃），全台漸轉乾冷。
