網傳「人造蛋，如進口，各位敢吃？」的貼文，連結的影片中，白色蛋在生產線前進，裹漿、滾粉，片中剝開二種蛋。這樣的影片傳言後來變形成「台中做假蛋」、「都是雙黃蛋」、「大小顏色很一致」的說法。對此專家表示，台灣不會從中國進口任何蛋品，因為目前中國不符合檢疫條件，而市售蛋品稽查也從未發現任何假蛋。
