■維生素D3可否抵禦冠狀病毒,依2020年4月2日刊在Nutrients期刊的文章:

①的確有支持維生素D可降低COVID-19風險的論點。

包括「維生素D缺乏已被發現會導致ARDS(急性呼吸窘迫症候群)」、「COVID-19致死率隨年齡、慢性病合併症增加,這兩項因子皆與較低的維生素D有關」等。

②文中有提出COVID-19高危險族群的每日建議維生素D3攝取量。

③但文中也表示,仍須大規模隨機對照的試驗,來評估上述建議是否允當。

■至於維生素D3是「最重要尖兵」、「最強抗生素」等屬個人詮釋。
