假的。台電提醒，這類郵件採用新型詐騙手法，將整封郵件設計成一張圖片，透過圖片中的台電網址取信民眾，一旦點擊即導向惡意詐騙網站，進而騙取民眾個人資訊，台電呼籲民眾提高警覺，以免受騙。
台電寄出的電費相關郵件，皆不會附上任何網址，更不會要求民眾提供身分證及信用卡號等個人資訊，民眾如發現郵件內有網址，即為詐騙郵件。
