鄭文燦宣布，桃園所有文化場館、運動場館、社福場館和休閒娛樂場館，以及桃園、八德、中壢和龍潭等4大夜市，即日起均停業到2021年5月28日，其他營業場所如維持營業，要嚴格執行「實名制」，並採取滾動式檢討，如果有傳播風險，視狀況調整。
