這是偽造的證件，經查詢確實有這間公司，不過設立地點是在台中市，不可能會由台北市政府核發營業登記證，另外圖片也可明顯看出內容字體的差異，這是修圖過的痕跡。

這種偽造的營業登記通常是用在網路兼職詐騙，宣稱自己是合法事業體。
