根據哈根達斯聲明公告及相關報導，確實有這個事件。
不過發生時間是2022/6月，食藥署於21日邊境查驗不合格食品發現哈根達斯香草口味冰淇淋驗出殘留超標。

哈根達斯公司也發布新聞稿表示，在得知該狀況後第一時間就進行封倉、停止出貨的做為，並只要在今年4月26日以後購買到相關批號的消費者，都可以持購買證明，到原通路進行退款。
