買不到口罩，先去藥局買4X4的紗布，拿裡面一片紗布墊在口罩的內側，然後戴起來就好了。
一天換一片紗布，口罩可以幾天換一次。這樣就不怕買不到口罩了，而且什麼品牌的口罩都可以用。
那些紗布都有消毒過了，暫時可以解決問題了。

外科口罩共三層，最外層防水層，中間吸附層，內層接觸口鼻，最重要是外層及中間層結構不能破壞，才有防病毒病菌飛沫。由於最內層的主要功能是吸附口鼻的汗水與髒污，所以如果墊紗布更換的話，應該是可以延長口罩壽命沒錯。
