假的，在刑事局負責打擊詐欺犯罪的紀錄科科長張文源表示，有心人士會運用各種方式，接觸被害人，例如，亂槍打鳥式的廣發手機簡訊，或是在臉書、LINE上冒用名人、分析師，或帥哥美女頭像，大舉揪客，有時還會在臉書、Youtube下廣告，為的就是把人拉進一個特別的投資群組。投資群組裡，只有被害人是真的，其他都是詐騙共犯。
