1支公費巴斯德流感疫苗變質 疾管署：19萬支同批號疫苗已配送7縣市 暫緩施打 - 康健雜誌
目前正值公費流感疫苗施打時期，但有接種站於前天(24日)通報當地衛生局，發現一支賽諾菲藥廠進口的巴斯德疫苗，針劑外觀目測明顯變色，立刻扣留該瓶疫苗，並未施打。疾病管制署獲報後，派員實地查看未配送之同批號疫苗，初步並未發現其他疫苗有類似情形。惟為確保民眾接種安全，疾管署已通知獲配該批號疫苗之7個地方政府衛生局，暫停撥發該批號疫苗至注射站，並轉知轄區獲配該批號疫苗之合約醫療院所，配合暫時停用該批號疫苗
電視報導注射流感疫苗遭受污染，施打恐会得到败血症。

詳細查視後，並沒有與變色疫苗同一批號的相關不良事件通報。若民眾接種疫苗後有任何不適症狀並且持續超過3天以上，如紅腫、頭暈、局部熱痛、發燒、嘔吐等，可盡速向醫療院所或各地衛生局反映。
