2. 國產許可證字號樣式為：
衛部(署)醫器製字第000000號
衛部(署)醫器製壹字第000000號
醫療器材許可證查詢系統( http://info.fda.gov.tw/MLMS/H0001.aspx )可查詢包裝所附資訊是否正確。
3. 自109年9月17日後製造的國產平面式醫用口罩均有鋼印標示「 MD 」及「Made In Taiwan」。
