「立冬」代表冬季的開始。立冬時節睡覺前,先用溫水泡洗雙腳,能祛汙垢、禦寒保暖,強身健體,防病治病。飲食多樣化、精粗搭配、葷素兼吃,是延年益壽的真正良方。
