中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中對此回應，一般來說，若在一個場域有足跡，但不是接觸者，應先按兵不動，在家靜候疫調結果，目前市政府希望匡列可以快一點，就有所謂的預防性隔離，但隔離期間要在家或旅館進行，是需要討論的。
