行政院農委會提供的生米保存方法即為低溫保存,並未提及發霉問題。發霉要素第一需要黴菌存在或黴菌孢子,二來需要適合黴菌生長的環境條件。單純就低溫保存會造成黴菌感染這樣的斷言,未考量米糧本身清潔狀況以及環境濕度或清潔狀況,證據不足。
