健保署110年度推動虛擬健保卡的試辦計畫，包含「遠距醫療」、「居家醫療」及「擴大視訊診療門診」三大場域。如果醫療院所已參與虛擬健保卡試辦計畫且完成上線，亦可受理虛擬健保卡臨櫃看診服務，民眾可下載「全民健保行動快易通│健康存摺APP」，以「虛擬健保卡QR Code」進行掛號、看診及領藥等就醫流程。
