記者鄧木卿／台中報導 台中捷運綠線已於11月6日獲交通部核准營運，台中市長盧秀燕10日主持市政會議前宣布，將從11月16日至12月15日展開試營運，期間民眾只要持電子票證，即可在全線18個車站免費自由試乘，歡迎全民來試乘體驗，正式通車則訂在12月19日。 盧秀燕說明，「試營運及免費體驗」為期1個月，11月16日至12月6日每天7點至晚間8點開放試乘，平日尖峰時段每5分鐘1班、離峰時段每8分鐘1班，
