夜市抵用券係經濟部配合交通部觀光局所辦「擴大國旅秋冬遊」，由旅宿業者發送給入住旅客。經觀光局洽經濟部瞭解，旅客向旅宿業者領取夜市券，皆需填寫個人資料並簽收，後續經濟部再將簽收單及未發放之夜市抵用券收回統計稽核，經查簽收之旅客皆確實有入住，少部分因夜市券券號連號之疑義，經濟部已移請地方政府調查，經查旅客亦皆有入住事實，絕無旅宿業者自行取用夜市券消費情事。
