這個事件完全和 Covid 19 沒有任何關係，應該是 3/17 號在 Time square 有一名西裔人士灑鈔票的事件，他聲稱是為了紀念他無端遇刺被槍擊身亡的朋友 Jeo Kush，該朋友並沒有被委託，只是自發性想要做這件事來紀念他的朋友，至於鈔票票面價值也僅是 1 元，目測大約數千美元，並不是什麼大筆的遺產。
