在淘寶上買了一種叫佳和腳氣凈的中藥噴劑，因為多年對腳氣的不成熟研究知道，腳氣和灰指甲感染源基本一致，都是真菌感染的，看了都是中藥配方，沒啥副作用，所以大膽的用了，奇蹟還真發生了，1個月灰指甲就換新指甲了，太感動了，馬上讓家裡人用，也都基本上一個月時間治好了，而且至今有幾年了，都沒有復發。

一般民眾對於中藥最常見的誤解，就在於「中藥比西藥天然，即使多食，對身體就算無益，也不會有害」，但這其實是錯誤的觀念。雖然中藥不像西藥是多為化學物質的合成，但仍有其藥性，一次使用過多的劑量，仍可能造成心悸等等身體不適的狀況。中藥既然可以對症下藥，可以依不同的身體狀況去補足缺乏的、降低過多的，同樣道理，自然也就有可能因為補錯方向，使得身體狀況更差。
