由於金門海漂死豬驗出非洲豬瘟病毒，徐榮彬說，為加強防疫及監測，開始公告後，為期兩週，不論生熟肉品旅客都禁止攜帶，若有旅客偷帶被查獲，將依法開罰5萬元至100萬元，後續會再依檢疫狀況，決定是否要延長公告期限。
