每100克榴槤含有約147千卡的熱量及5.3克脂肪,屬脂肪高的水果。但換算比例,照一般人食量,應吃不到文中所說的「一桶油」含量(若要吃到一桶油,可能大胃王參賽者才有辦法),文中所述似乎有誇大之嫌。 所有熱量、脂肪偏高的食物本來就應該適量、也不應該天天吃。
