營養師表示,只要飯菜煮好,放置超過8至10小時以上,就算是隔夜菜也不用太擔心,隔夜菜吃不完一定要放冰箱,如果放置室溫,會有微生物、細菌滋長,吃了可能會導致急性腸胃炎、導致噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉,拉肚子。
吃剩菜飯致癌的機率很低,但是如果不新鮮的食物吃多了,不僅營養流失,還是有可能招來病菌感染、引發食物中毒現象。
