陳菊12年高雄市長任內，賣了16萬7千坪的土地，收入618億，平均下來1坪土地賣37萬，但實際上高雄市幅員遼闊，土地價格高低落差大，用最新8月份來看高市府釋3665坪地、底價逾10億，平均一坪才28萬，但是其中有一塊240坪，標售底價1億8706萬元，一坪最少79萬（底標）
