打完新冠疫苗后馬上可以同房的，在衛生福利部疾病管制署公布的疫苗接種禁忌、接種注意事項及接種後注意事項中，都沒有禁止同房。只是因為疫苗剛打完身體可能會出現不適的症狀，所以有人建議先不要同房，讓身體好好休息，但並不是不行喔~
