由於每個人活動量及排汗、排水的情況不同,因此要喝多少水及喝水的時機也需因人而異,需不需要喝水,並不是以是否口渴為判斷標準,因為如果已有口渴的感覺,通常身體已經缺水一段時間,有脫水狀態了,因此瞭解自己要不要喝水最簡單的方法就是觀察小便的顏色,如果顏色比啤酒深,就表示喝水量太少,要多喝一點水了
