害怕有人受害

我聽過這段錄音! 我研判是真的聯邦銀行打來,因為第一他知道當事人有留言,第二他知道當事人身分證開頭是M,要當事人提供完整身分證(銀行KYC程序),後來當事人表示不要,他就回說那就不用囉! 最後還祝他一切順心!(詐騙集團通常是直接掛斷 還補個幹!) 不相信就自己回撥客服就好囉!

假的。聯邦銀行澄清,該用戶因為綁定數位券進行留言諮詢,聯邦銀行基於服務客戶致電聯絡,因為該客戶留言資料有誤,以為接到詐騙電話產生誤會。
然而若是接到不明的電話,仍請播打警政署 165 反詐騙諮詢專線。
