一、 前言 近來由於都會區住宅租金與物價齊漲，加重了許多租屋家庭負擔，而基於去年我國經濟成長創11年新高，政府為將經濟成長與全民共享，除包括連年增加基本工資、為育兒家庭增加津貼、推出史上最大規模減稅，現亦要透過「中央擴大租金補貼專案」，持續為大家「加薪、減稅、增福利」。租金補貼金額總規模將由現行57億元提高至300億元，並放寬補貼申請資格，使補貼戶數從12萬戶大幅增加至50萬戶，並同步調升補
