台新公益慈善基金會捐助公益基金，邀請社福團體上網提案，並由民眾上網投票決定，將有限的捐助資源分配給被認同的社福團體，期盼讓社會資源得以公允分配，後續並輔以志工輔導，協助社福團體完成提案，並向大眾公布提案執行結果。
