中央氣象局已將北市列入大豪雨警戒範圍，北市府晚間表示，預定會在晚間21時30分開始，進行北市轄管疏散門(水門)關閉，晚間23時30分開始拖吊移置未駛離河川區域的車輛，並於4日0時30分完成疏散門關閉作業。為了方便民眾停車，市府也從21時30分開始，開放全市8公尺以上紅黃線停車(附條件) 並暫停全市路邊停車格收費。(陳思豪/台北報導)
