2016-08-11〔記者楊綿傑／台北報導〕全台尚有132萬輛較老舊的二行程機車到處趴趴走，成為移動污染源。環保署長李應元昨表示，將一步步溝通及推動二行程機車管制政策，先透過溝通尋求社會支持，再推動修訂空污法並實施。初步規劃，二行程機車汰換補助只到2019年底，最快自2020年起全面禁止二行程機車上路。 環保署為改善空氣污染，擬於2020年起近期二行程機車。（記者楊綿傑攝）
