衛福部雙和醫院牙科部主任黃茂栓:進食後口腔會產生牙菌斑,刷牙可減少牙菌斑的數量、預防蛀牙,晚上睡覺前刷牙已將口腔內的牙菌斑清除一次,早上起床時牙菌斑數量不會太多,起床刷牙可保持口氣清新,但若能改成吃完早餐後再刷牙,清除牙菌斑對預防蛀牙的效果更好。
