立法院交通委員會審查《道路交通管理處罰條例》，通過修正未依規定打方向燈，罰款將從600元到1800元加重為1200元到3600元；若非交警、義交、學校導護人員，譬如廟會或陳抗活動等，若亂指揮交通，將可罰1200元到2400元；另若未禮讓視障者皆將比照未禮讓行人加倍罰，汽機車將可罰2400元到7200元，自行車等慢車可罰600元到1200元。
