美國非營利環保組織（EWG）2023農產品農藥殘留指南公布，最新12種農藥殘留最多蔬果，其中「草莓」已經連續8年獲得冠軍，且超過90%的草莓、蘋果、櫻桃、菠菜、甜桃和葡萄樣品檢測出兩種或多種農藥殘留，更發現了210種殺蟲劑，建議大家在清洗時，可以流水邊沖洗、邊浸泡共15分鐘，烹煮蔬菜時將鍋蓋打開，幫助減少農藥殘留。
