油在常溫時會呈現固體的原因是因為飽和脂肪含量高,而非反式脂肪,例如豬油、棕櫚油。影片當中所指的「不健康」的油可能是氫化油,但是近年來許多餐飲業,例如麥當勞,都已經不再使用氫化油了。
