日本自駕遊要注意！外國人換駕照有2新制最快今年10月上路
日本近年發生多起外國人駕駛引發交通事故，社會議論不斷。為防範相關亂象，日本警察廳日前正式公布外國駕照更換日本駕照（俗稱「外免切替」）的最新強化措施，將大幅收緊審核與考試門檻，最快將於今年10月1日實施。
現在日本已不能自駕了，今年10/1開始需提供“住民票副本”，也就是在日本需有住址才能自駕！
