假的。香蕉屬後熟型果實,倘在樹上自然黃熟時,常無法轉色及後熟一致,致口感品質不佳,故目前市售黃香蕉,係於綠熟期採收再以低溫催熟促進果實後熟。乙稀為果實後熟天然產物,會自然揮發消散,不會存在香蕉內,請消費大眾安心選購,並無所謂致癌風險。
