假的。香蕉屬後熟型果實，倘在樹上自然黃熟時，常無法轉色及後熟一致，致口感品質不佳，故目前市售黃香蕉，係於綠熟期採收再以低溫催熟促進果實後熟。乙稀為果實後熟天然產物，會自然揮發消散，不會存在香蕉內，請消費大眾安心選購，並無所謂致癌風險。
