假的，金管會已多次強調，政府機關與合法的金融機構「絕對不會」要求民眾繳納任何形式的保證金、風控金或稅金才能提領投資獲利。凡是標榜「穩賺不賠」、透過 LINE 私人邀約投資，且在出金時以「操作錯誤」、「涉及洗錢」、「帳戶凍結」等理由要求先行匯款支付費用的，百分之百是詐騙。
