根據道路交通管理處罰條例，「汽機車不停讓行人」、「車輛轉向不暫停讓行人優先通行」，罰鍰都是1200元至3600元，「汽機車闖紅燈」罰1800元至5400元，「紅燈右轉」罰600元至1800元，「行人未依規定行走行人穿越道」、「行人未依標誌、標線、號誌指示或手勢指揮穿越道路」罰鍰都是300元。
