發言人Kolas Yotaka主持「政府挺你 安心防疫」記者會，由龔明鑫政委和財經部會官員出席說明，從個人、弱勢、商家到企業都有相關的紓困措施。其中，一般個人所得稅可申請緩繳最長一年，或分期繳納最長3年，若有退稅者，自動提前退稅。有繳納電信費用困難者，可以申請電信費用緩繳6個月，期間不斷話也不會斷訊。此外，桶裝瓦斯每公斤降5元，以每桶20公斤瓦斯計算（現價約700元左右），可以再降100元。
