高市府指出，民眾持紙本五倍券，到各場所消費兌換高雄券的門檻不同，前往高雄市百貨業消費滿5千元，現場就可兌換1千元高雄券，旅宿業只要消費滿1千元，現場就可兌換200元高雄券，餐飲業更只需消費滿500元，就可現場兌換100元。
