假的。這是源自於中國網路上的假消息，103年9月至10月北京、南京、福建、河北、江西、遼寧、深圳等地，都有類似訊息，並透過微博與微信大量散發，內容幾乎一樣。台灣警局並沒有接獲類似被害人報案紀錄，該訊息是不實之謠言。
