薛瑞元表示他了解宗教團體很有善心，但是必須有人提供，是有意要「賣疫苗」給他們的人拿不出證明，卻又要宗教團體先拿出30%的訂金給他們，才去下訂。他指出，整個過程中，指揮中心受到很多的誤解，他現在只是盡量把事實還原而已。
