統一發票開獎後，特定電信公司會主動對獎，並以簡訊(行動)、e-mail、紙本等方式寄送中獎通知。
收到中獎通知，可直接持附有電子發票載具條碼資訊之領獎收據至財政部指定兌領機構領獎，亦可至四大超商多媒體機台輸入『電子發票載具條碼』列印電子發票證明聯進行領獎。
