本次演習實施30分鐘之防情傳遞、警報發放及人車疏散，演習時在街道中之行人及市區行駛之車輛，一律停靠路邊，「車停，人就近疏散避難」，駕駛、乘員聽從執勤人員引導，就近進入防空避難處所避難。
