2. 水神標榜為「微酸性次氯酸水」，次氯酸水是弱酸性的抗氧化劑，有殺滅細菌及病毒的效果，但僅限環境消毒使用，並不能對抗疾病，更不能用來噴灑在皮膚上、也不能漱口，且目前尚未有研究證實能殺滅新型冠狀病毒。但這款「水神」抗菌液，卻在網站上宣稱涉及醫療效能，已涉及廣告不實，台北市衛生局正在調查中，若認定有違《藥事法》將可開罰60萬元至2500萬元罰鍰。
