這帖中藥方，「麻杏石甘湯、小柴胡湯、五苓散、射干麻黃湯」確實是中國官方發佈的，但是中藥會考量個人體質及病況變化做調整，並非一帖藥可適用所有人，且清肺排毒湯不能做為預防使用，「有症狀、有需要才吃」並無可預防武漢肺炎一說，文中說可以自行取得，最後還宣稱具有預防效用，不免有鼓吹人自行用藥之嫌
