若真有剩菜剩飯也別擔心,可以把湯汁或醬汁倒掉,食物水分越多,越易長菌。只要飯菜煮好,放置超過8至10小時以上,就算是隔夜菜,隔夜菜吃不完一定要放冰箱,如果放置室溫,會有微生物、細菌滋長,吃了可能會導致急性腸胃炎、導致噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉,拉肚子。
