服役滿一年以上之志願役官士兵，經所隸單位主官核准進修，其參加教育班次及課程，與其職、業務有關，且成績優良並獲成績單或學位（分）證明者，得給予部分費用補助。核補額度以每人每學期最高補助新臺幣二萬元為限，實際補助額 度，依國軍該年度預算狀況，於年度結束後以本部教育訓練（1201）業務費賸餘款，以等比例核減方式核補。
