觀光局表示，旅宿業者應充分揭露房價資訊，不可因參與補助而濫行調高房價，另也請地方政府不定期進行查察，以確保房價維持在合理範圍，如確有哄抬，得取消補助資格。觀光局並對觀光遊樂園區加強檢查，並要求業者妥善規劃設施安全維護，園區人流管制，周邊交通維持計畫等，以維護遊客安全與消費權益，另鼓勵業者加碼優惠活動以平日為主，以促進平、假日人潮分流，來提供更優質之旅遊環境與服務。
